I’m a movement maven with over 6 years of teaching experience. I combine Pilates, Yoga, and other modalities to craft challenging, but balancing sessions for each and every client. Ultimately, I want the people I work with to walk away with stronger, happier bodies and a set of tools to keep them that way. Because a happy body is the foundation for a happy life, or as Joseph Pilates put it: “Physical fitness is the first prerequisite to happiness.”
In addition to being a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher, I am also a Licensed Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, and a Level 2 Anatomy in Motion Gait Specialist. I have certified as a Pre and Postnatal Pilates Specialist through the Center for Women’s Fitness and completed a Level 1 TRX® credentialed training. I continually study anatomy and other movement forms such as Feldenkrais, Yoga, and dance as a way to further develop my teaching skills.
